Shipping Information
At The Robertson Rottie Ranch, we take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely and securely.
Incubating Egg Orders
Our incubating eggs are carefully collected, inspected, and packaged using protective materials designed to help minimize damage during transit.
Egg orders are typically shipped via:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Medium Flat Rate Box (for orders of 6 eggs)
- USPS Large Flat Rate Box (for orders of 12 eggs)
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Because hatching eggs are fragile agricultural products and shipping conditions are outside our control, we cannot guarantee hatch rates after shipment. However, we do everything possible on our end to send clean, carefully selected, well-packaged eggs from healthy stock.
Plant Cuttings & Botanical Products
Plant cuttings and botanical items are packaged carefully to help preserve freshness during shipment. Shipping methods may vary depending on season, weather conditions, and plant type.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed in the order received. Please allow:
- 1–5 business days for most orders. We ship Monday - Wednesday to minimize any risk of weekend transportation delays.
- Additional time during peak seasons, severe weather, or high order volume
Weather & Seasonal Delays
Extreme temperatures, holidays, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. We may temporarily delay shipment during severe weather to help protect live products.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses entered during purchase.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS.
Please retain:
- All original packaging
- Shipping materials
- Photos of the package and contents
- USPS tracking information
These materials may be required by USPS during the claims process.
The Robertson Rottie Ranch is not responsible for carrier-related damage once the package has been accepted and scanned by USPS.
