Return & Refund Policy for The Robertson Rottie Ranch

At The Robertson Rottie Ranch, we take pride in providing carefully handled agricultural and botanical products from our ranch in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policies.

Incubating Eggs

Because incubating eggs are perishable, fragile, and highly affected by shipping conditions, incubation practices, humidity, temperature fluctuations, handling, and individual incubator performance, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on incubating egg purchases.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Hatch rates
  • Fertility percentages
  • Chick viability after hatch
  • Results during or after incubation

All eggs are inspected prior to shipment to ensure cleanliness and structural quality.

Plant Cuttings & Botanical Products

Due to the live nature of plant material, all plant cutting and botanical sales are final.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Live plant cuttings
  • Rooted plants
  • Fresh botanical material
  • Dried herbs or apothecary products

Customers are responsible for understanding their local climate, growing conditions, and agricultural regulations before purchasing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, shipping-related damage, delays, or losses become the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package arrives damaged, customers must file a claim directly through USPS and retain:

  • Original packaging
  • Photos of damage
  • Tracking information
  • Shipping materials

Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
